INTEGRA - CBRN
Integrated alert and proactive detection system for cross-border CBRN emergencies in the EU
INTEGRA-CBRN aims to develop a harmonised, cross-border EU alert system for early CBRN detection and proactive decision-making. By integrating national and regional systems, detection technologies, communication protocols, and multi-source data, it will strengthen preparedness, accelerate response, and improve cooperation among first responders and authorities across Europe.

HORIZON EUROPE
Budget: 4.494.765,63 €
Duration: 36 months (2026-2029)
ARGUS
Next-generation sensing and intelligence for CBRNe threat detection
ARGUS is developing a compact, modular and intelligent platform for the early detection and management of CBRNe threats. The project combines next-generation chemical, biological, explosive and radiological-nuclear sensors with embedded AI, real-time data fusion and interoperable communications to deliver faster, more reliable threat identification and decision support in demanding civil and defence environments.

CDTI
Budget: 5.145.989,00 €
Duration: 48 months (2026-2030)
AIDMAN
All-in-one device for monitoring of airborne viruses by non-experts
AIDMAN combines air sampling and PCR diagnostics in a single platform for the detection and monitoring of airborne infectious agents. Designed for use by non-specialists, it provides a safe, automated and easy-to-operate solution, helping strengthen our ability to monitor and respond to harmful and costly infectious diseases.

EUROSTARS
Budget: 2.424.989,00 €
Duration: 36 months (2026-2029)
COBRA
Cold plasma decontamination for sensitive materials and confined spaces
CoBRA is developing a modular and versatile cold plasma system for the decontamination of chemical and biological warfare agents. The project combines Surface Micro Discharge (SMD) and Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) technologies to enable effective decontamination of sensitive materials, equipment, confined spaces and vehicle interiors, while minimising the impact of the treatment on treated assets. Its scalable architecture can be adapted to different volumes and operational scenarios, providing a flexible solution for demanding CBRN defence and security applications.
